The results for the intercollegiate MRCS Part A September 2025 exam have been officially released by the Royal Colleges of Surgeons. The exam, which was conducted on September 16, 2025, at Pearson Vue test centres worldwide, brought another proud moment for StudyMRCS, as our students have delivered fabulous performance in the exam.

How to check MRCS Part A results
Candidates will receive a personal email containing information about their results on the scheduled results day. The results will be sent to the default email ID linked to the RCS online account. A copy of the results will also be available in the online account. The RCS recommends that it’s best not to log in immediately on the release day, as heavy web traffic may affect the website performance.
In addition, a formal result and feedback letter in PDF format, with a detailed performance breakdown, will be emailed approximately 2 to 4 weeks after the initial result summary release.
About MRCS Part A
The MRCS Part A is the first step you need to successfully complete in order to achieve the membership of the RCS. It is a written exam that tests your understanding of basic surgical sciences and applied clinical knowledge. The exam is held in two papers on the same day. The first paper focuses on Applied Basic Sciences (ABS), while the second paper focuses on Principles of Surgery in General (PoSG).
